Said to symbolise cleverness, foxes are known as cunning creatures. In some cultures, they are viewed as a guide to help you navigate the spirit world too! We love how this gold fox looks like it is mid-run, its big bushy tail almost flowing in the wind.

The charm is made of 9ct gold, with British hallmarks to the back for 9ct gold, Birmingham and the date letter 'X' for 1947. There is also a maker's mark but it is now quite rubbed and hard to read fully. The front of the charm is also hallmarked for 9ct gold and has lovely detailing to the fox. The back of the charm is flat and smooth besides the hallmarks.

The charm measures approx 7.3mm tall (not including the jump ring) by approx 18.6mm wide by approx 0.9mm deep and weighs approx 0.3g.

Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some surface wear to the gold throughout. The jump ring is currently pushed closed and is made of base metal. This can be swapped to a 9ct gold jump ring if preferred. Please see photos.

*Please note the box and chain pictured are not included in the sale but the charm will be shipped in a new presentation box and pouch.*
