The charm is made of 9ct gold and has British hallmarks for 9ct gold, London and the date letter 'C' for 1958. The charm has beautiful detailing throughout, right down to each little marked out brick, roof tile and tiny windows and door. The house opens up to reveal even more details inside too, including furniture, both upstairs and downstairs, with enamel colouring!
The charm has a lovely weight to it of approx 3.85g and measures approx 13.3mm tall by 13.2mm wide (not including the attached split ring) by 8.1mm deep. When worn the charm hangs sideways.
Condition - The charm is in good vintage condition with some light surface wear to the gold and some wear to the enamel inside. The hinge still works well and the charm closes firmly. the jump ring is currently pushed closed. Please see photos.
